LQAS is a sampling method based on a relatively small sample size used to determine whether it is sufficient or not the sample area to meet performance targets. This information can then be used to guide and inform action to address problems and achieve success. His strengths as a management tool are: a) does not require external research teams to implement it; b) divides areas of high and low performance of the organization, and c) helps management to prioritize efforts for the areas of poor performance, limiting the unnecessary delivery of funds or resources to areas with better performance. Con is new tool Mission program consultants strengthen their knowledge to support microfinance institutions that undertake the process of implementing the Social Performance Management.
