Course Management by Competences

The course Management of Clients and Market I is the second course that will be dictated like part of the Virtual Program for the Development of Capacities in Management of the Social Performance that organizes the Mission Program in Peru. This virtual course is directed to Directors, Managers and officials responsible for the human resource of the institutions; the course understands an assembly of concepts and tools of management to help the organizations to improve its strategies of selection, training, evaluation and development of its personnel.

The central feature that allows this model to be successful is its approach to the identification and definition of responsibilities for the analysis of behavior and ways of thinking characteristic of people with high performance.

The initial session of this course is presential and will be held on Friday 16 of July in the institutional building of COPEME (Jr. Leon Velarde # 333 - Lince). The people interested in participating can unload the registration form or check the course brochure.
